Cuando is a free, independent scheduling app for friends. Private groups compare availability, vote on times, and organize hangouts. You join through a temporary invitation code from someone you know.

Cuando is not affiliated with or endorsed by VCU, Google, Microsoft, or When?. It does not offer web hosting or ask for university passwords.

Why Google shows a different address

Supabase handles Cuando’s account sign-in. Google may identify that service as vtmabyrmphqiywtlkstd.supabase.co. This is Cuando’s configured authentication address. Enter your Google password only on Google’s own sign-in page, never into Cuando.

You choose whether to connect a calendar

Signing in identifies your account; it does not connect a calendar. Manual availability works on its own. Connecting Google Calendar is optional: you choose which calendars count, and Cuando uses calendar labels and free/busy intervals to calculate overlap. Friends see your availability within shared plans, not your external event details. Outlook integration is awaiting provider setup.

Adding a plan to your calendar

Download an .ics file, or choose additional calendar permission to add a personal copy directly. Cuando uses writing permission for event copies it creates and their updates or cancellations. It does not send invitations to external attendees.

Your data stays under your control

Disconnect calendars or delete your account data in Settings. Old groups and plans are automatically cleaned up. Vercel hosts the app, and Supabase stores its data. There are no advertising trackers or sales of personal data. Read the privacy and retention details.

Help with access

Contact the person who invited you for a new group code or help with your group. If a school or workplace network blocks Cuando, ask its IT support team to review cuando.fyi. A network block is separate from Google’s calendar permission screen.
