Cuando helps private groups find time together. A valid temporary group code is required to gain app access.

What we store

Your account identity, display name, group membership, availability preferences, responses, and plans you create. Connected calendar credentials are encrypted on the server. We request calendar labels and free/busy information for matching, not external event titles, descriptions, guests, or locations. Microsoft access permissions are broader than the fields we request and store.

What your friends see

Group members see each other’s display names. People included in a poll see names and effective availability within its proposed times. Your calendar names, connected account addresses, blackout rules, and raw busy intervals remain private.

Optional calendar writing

Adding a site event directly to a calendar requires additional permission. We use it only for copies Cuando creates. Those copies contain the site event’s title, location, notes, and time, and follow site changes until disconnected. Downloaded .ics files are independent snapshots.

Automatic cleanup

Join codes expire after 48 hours. Polls and site events are deleted 30 days after their last possible date or end. Groups are deleted after 30 days without meaningful activity once their retained plans are gone. After 180 days without a visit, calendar connections and private availability data are cleared. Login profiles remain until deleted by their owners.

Delete your data

Use Settings → Delete my data to remove your profile, connected credentials, private settings, and responses. Shared plans remain for other participants. External calendar copies and other people’s downloads remain; remove them in your calendar if needed. Provider backups and platform logs follow their own retention policies.

Services

Vercel hosts the application. Supabase stores application data and manages sign-in. Google and Microsoft provide optional calendar connections. No advertising trackers or sale of personal data.
